When our family founded Classic Pool Tile in Norcross Georgia in January of 2000, our goal and vision was clear. We wanted to create a buying experience that exceeded expectations by delivering a quality product, affordably and expeditiously,

Availability
We are almost always in stock on every item we carry. Special orders items are usually delivered within 3-5 days, not 2-3 weeks. Orders received by 2:00 P.M. typically are shipped that day.

Customer service is very important to us! It has been our goal since we opened in 2000 to provide not simply good customer service, but excellent customer service. We are not a billion dollar corporation with many layers of management who could care less about your problems or your issues.
We are a family owned business with a tenured staff who talk to our customers every day. Every one of our customers are of the utmost importance to us and providing the best possible service is always our goal.
We frequently get very positive feedback and many compliments on how we are doing. Providing superior service has been an integral part of our success over the past 17 years. But inevitably, there will be an occasional circumstance that we could have handled better. Too often in any business,
customers may not contact the owners with their complaints, they simply take their business elsewhere.
